Job summary

• Interprets referrals and conducts musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations.
• Plans and implements a plan of care and monitors outcomes with functional goals.
• Completes discharge planning and provides home exercise programs.
• Documents care per policy and maintains productivity standards.
• Ensures patient safety and participates in safety initiatives.
• Supervises PT assistants and students as assigned.
