Responsabilités

• Evaluate patient status: strength, motor function, reflexes, ADLs.
• Perform tests and administer standards-based evaluations.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans to improve function.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and equipment.
• Order and fit durable medical equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with clinics and program scheduling.
• Document observations accurately in systems.
