Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience required, 5-8 years preferred as a Pharmacy Technician.
• State registered as a pharmacy technician; CPhT or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in a medical clinic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patient check-ins and support adherence to treatment plans.
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits.
• Track and follow up on required labs or monitoring parameters.
• Maintain clear documentation to support continuity of care.
• Participate in relevant training and process improvement initiatives.
