Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating clinical pharmacy programs.
• Advises prescribers, nurses and patients on drug therapy and interactions.
• Documents cost savings and patient care interventions.
• Participates in rounds and collaborates with the patient care team.
• Develops educational programs for staff and participates in research.
