Valley Health in Virginia is seeking a Doctor of Pharmacy to provide consultative services to medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff under the Clinical Manager. The role requires a PharmD, 2–3 years of clinical pharmacy experience, and Virginia license eligibility or reciprocity.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, provides consultive services to medical, nursing and pharmacy staff. Ensures appropriate drug therapy in specialty population, implementing and monitoring clinical protocols and guidelines and enhancing the delivery of evidence-based medicine will also be expected. Other responsibilities include education, representation on medical center committees, and collaboration on research initiatives. Documents clinical activities and outcomes. Provides prescribed medications and compounds according to professional standards and practices. Performs at an advanced skills level.
