Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• Eligible for Georgia Licensure.
• BLS Certification within 90 days.
• ACLS within 6 months (where applicable).
• Four years hospital pharmacist experience or PG1 with two years hospital pharmacist experience or PG2; managerial experience preferred.
• Designated personnel for USP 797 sterile compounding must be BC SCP or obtain certification within 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and coordinates day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy Department, including supervision, compliance, and budgeting.
• Oversees nursing unit inspections for regulatory standards; manages supply areas and staff performance.
• Plans work schedules; ensures policy compliance and professional development.
• Supports professional development and educational activities for staff.
• Manages data collection, reporting, and regulatory submissions; acts as a clinical resource.
