Job summary

• Develop and implement new clinical pharmacy programs to enhance patient care.
• Train pharmacists in clinical pharmacy practice including education components.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead clinical pharmacy activities with the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
