• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months, if directly applicable to practice specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care across one or more patient care areas.
• Participate in departmental or institutional quality, safety, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Document clinical interventions and adverse drug events per policy; monitor therapy and outcomes.
• Precept pharmacy students or residents and assist in training department staff as needed.
