Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England, seeks an senior Pharmacy leader to oversee regional Clinical Pharmacy operations. The role focuses on strategy development, program implementation, and advancing medication safety across the enterprise.

The position requires 5 years of pharmacist experience with 3 years in management, a PharmD (MBA preferred), and licensure in CT/MA or eligibility within 120 days. Full-time days, excellent benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 5 years of pharmacist experience including 3 years in management
• CT and MA Pharmacist licenses or ability to obtain within 120 days
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy, goals and operational standards with executive leaders to ensure alignment
• Identify analytics and metrics for performance improvement targets
• Lead medication safety measures and integrate Clinical Pharmacy services into operations
• Identify and implement Clinical Pharmacy programs and drug use improvement initiatives
• Oversee training, coaching, and assessment of pharmacist competencies
