Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking an IS Business Analyst Clinical - Pharmacy for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE position in Ketchikan, AK. The role focuses on maintaining information systems, gathering stakeholder needs, and applying clinical process knowledge to software design and upgrades.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data reporting, and coordinating with IT staff and vendors. Requires Alaska Pharmacy Tech certification, an Alaska Driver's License, and Epic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Tech - Alaska
• Certified Pharmacy Technician - National
• Driver's License
• Epic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues, test software, upgrades, and train users.
• Maintain data, generate reports, and maximize system capabilities.
• Translate technology needs into IT solutions and research options.
• Collaborate with System IT Caregivers and vendors on software/hardware.
• Analyze structure and workflow to improve data integrity and IT usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
