• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of Information Services including 2 years EHR experience for Associate level.
• 5 years of Information Services including 4 years Epic EHR experience for Mid level.
• 6 years Information Services or 6 years EHR experience for Senior level.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administration and lifecycle management of clinical applications (EHR, LIS, imaging).
• Respond to incidents, fulfill service requests, and maintain documentation.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.
