Job summary

Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for Inpatient Pediatrics to ensure optimal medication therapy for hospitalized children. You will work closely with medical and nursing teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing the medication-use system, providing individualized pharmaceutical care, and supervising sterile compounding activities, technicians, and pediatric satellite operations on site.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license issued by Florida or Compact State.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience.
• ASHP-accredited residency or 3+ years pediatric clinical/operational experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervision of sterile compounding, technicians, and pediatric satellite pharmacy operations.
