Job summary

Tampa General Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient to optimize patient outcomes through safe, effective medication therapy. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to improve pharmacotherapy and support community health, while managing the medication-use system and delivering individualized pharmaceutical care in assigned areas.

The role requires a Pharmacy Doctorate or equivalent, residency, and hospital pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of one year of hospital pharmacy experience is required.
