Job summary

Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective, and timely medication therapy across assigned areas. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing the medication-use system, delivering individualized pharmaceutical care, and supervising sterile compounding activities, technicians, and pediatric satellite operations within the hospital.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license issued by Florida or a Compact State.
• Completion of Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of hospital pharmacy experience.
• ASHP-accredited residency or 3 years pediatric clinical experience preferred.
