Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to join the ARMSRx team. You will serve as the clinical advisor to PBM-focused pharmacy benefit clients, delivering strategic guidance on formulary design, utilization management, and program optimization.

Applicants should hold a PharmD with an active license and 5+ years in pharmacy benefit consulting, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to support client success.

Qualifications

• PharmD required and active license.
• 5+ years in pharmacy benefit consulting or related field.
• Expertise in PBMs, formulary strategy, and specialty pharmacy.
• Experience with PBM evaluations, RFPs, contracts, and vendor assessments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary clinical consultant for assigned clients and broker partners.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and participate in reviews and meetings.
• Provide recommendations on formulary management, utilization management, and benefit design.
• Translate clinical concepts into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Monitor emerging drugs and market developments impacting PBM programs.
• Collaborate with analytics to interpret claims data and develop recommendations.
• Support client services, vendor evaluations, and educational materials.
