Job summary

Judi Health, through Capital Rx, seeks a strategic Clinical Account Consultant to support clinical functions, ensure client satisfaction, retention, and trend management. You will develop formulary and clinical strategies, assist with renewals, and drive clinical process improvements while collaborating with clients across lines of business.

You will analyze pharmacy data, explain formulary programs, and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license(s).
• 3–5 years of health plan/PBM experience.
• Direct account management experience with clients across multiple lines of business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical aspects of implementation for new clients and plan changes.
• Manage and implement custom formularies, clinical criteria, and strategies.
• Explain formulary, benefit, and clinical programs to clients with rationale.
• Meet with clients to discuss clinical trends and provide recommendations.
• Analyze pharmacy claims data to identify trends and insights.
• Communicate drug information to clients and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on RFI/RFP/prospect presentations.
• Attend sales meetings and client presentations focused on clinical operations.
