Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to join the ARMSRx team. You will serve as a trusted clinical advisor, guiding clients on pharmacy benefit strategies, utilization management, and emerging therapeutics.

The role emphasizes analytical oversight, client relationship management, and collaboration with analytics, account executives, and leadership to deliver value and educational resources. Strong pharmacy background and PBM expertise are essential.

Qualifications

PharmD required.
5+ years in PBM/pharmacy benefit consulting or related role.
Strong understanding of PBMs, formulary strategy, specialty pharmacy, utilization management, rebates and plan design.
Experience supporting employers, TPAs, brokers, coalitions, or health systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary clinical consultant for an assigned portfolio of clients and broker partners.
Build relationships with client stakeholders and participate in client meetings and reviews.
Provide recommendations on formulary management, specialty pharmacy, utilization management, and benefit design.
Translate clinical concepts into practical recommendations for clients.
Monitor emerging drugs and market developments relevant to clients.
