Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to fill prescriptions accurately and provide exceptional patient care in our Marysville, WA pharmacy. You will lead and mentor pharmacy technicians, maintain compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws, and supervise operations in the pharmacist's absence.

You will also educate staff, oversee immunization services where allowed, and ensure high-quality customer service while coordinating with leadership to grow the pharmacy business.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in the state of practice.
• Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (Retail/Community).

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Motivate team members to perform to their highest level.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in absence of Pharmacist in Charge.
• Perform and oversee clinical services such as immunizations where allowed.
