UW Health in Madison is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for an onsite specialty pharmacy operation based at the Pharmacy Services Building in Middleton. You will dispense specialty medications safely and in compliance, manage REMS requirements, and triage orders from a call center to ensure timely access for patients.
Collaborating with pharmacists and technicians, you will uphold regulatory standards and patient safety while supporting operational needs and departmental goals.
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift. Monday through Friday with hours varying between the hours of 6:00AM – 5:00PM. Weekend rotation every 6-7 weeks: Saturday 8:00AM – 4:30PM. You will work at the Pharmacy Services Building in Middleton, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
