MaineHealth is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team in Westbrook, ME. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on comprehensive medication management and patient-centered care, with onboarding and training designed to build confidence.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, support oncology, hepatitis, autoimmune, respiratory and cardiovascular therapies, and benefit from a 6-month probation period before a hybrid remote option becomes available.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Clinical Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive medication management.

Specialty pharmacy experience is not required - you’ll receive focused training as part of a 6-week onboarding program designed to build your confidence and prepare you to thrive in this impactful role.

• Growth-Oriented: Clinical pharmacists have the opportunity to train and work within specialized, disease-state focused care pods, gaining expertise in high-impact areas including:

• Oncology and Hematology
• Hepatitis B and C
• Autoimmune Conditions in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology
• Asthma and Allergy
• Pulmonary and cardiology/bleeding Disorders
• Cystic Fibrosis (CF)
• Neurologic Conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Epilepsy, and Migraine

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from a recognized/accredited school or college of pharmacy required.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
• Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $122,408.00to $165,630.40per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
