Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely drug information to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on medications, administration, side effects, and interactions.
• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and MTM services for patients with chronic diseases.
• Participate in antimicrobial stewardship programs to promote appropriate antibiotic use and prevent resistance.
• Monitor for and report adverse drug reactions.
