Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in North Carolina or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with Pharm.D. or B.S.
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs patient-specific regimens.
• Provides counseling to patients and caregivers on therapy, Adverse effects, and compliance.
• Reviews medication orders and prescriptions for accuracy.
• Participates in medical emergency management and medication safety activities.
• Supports formulary adherence and medication-use process; assists with non-formulary medications.
• Precepts pharmacy students and mentors teammates; ensures safe workflows.
