Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital's Retail Pharmacy in St. Joseph, MI is seeking a part-time Pharmacist to provide clinical services for inpatients and outpatients, including dosing, chart reviews, patient education, and physician interventions. Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s Degree Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• 2 years of relevant experience
• LIC-Clinical Pharmacist - STATE_MI State of Michigan
• LIC-Pharmacist - STATE_MI State of Michigan
• BLS/CPR certifications (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily patient focused clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients including dosing, chart review, patient education and rounds
• Input interventions accurately and timely; participate in committees and reports
• Rotate through distributive pharmacy and provide staff education
• Perform order entry and deliver all pharmacist functions as assigned
• Contribute to patient safety and quality of care aligned with organizational values
