Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least one year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority.
• Experience motivating team members to research and resolve issues.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Willing to work non-standard hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Experience prioritizing and tracking multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care programs including Medication Therapy Management, Immunization Services, and Adherence & Clinical Programs.
• Drives continuous quality improvement and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Drives regional pharmacy financial performance by aligning strategies with financial goals.
• Supports patient experience through consultations and disease state management.
• Provides clinical consultation and knowledge to patients, doctors, and insurance plans.
• Performs other work as assigned and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
