Job summary

Interra Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to serve as the clinical voice across our product portfolio, engaging health systems, payers, PBMs, hubs, and pharma partners. You will own clinical issue resolution and translate real-world workflow friction into product improvements.

In this role you will move between client-facing sessions and internal triage with Product, Engineering, Support, and QA to investigate issues, validate fixes, and lead change management as releases ship, with

Qualifications

• Understand medication order workflows from provider entry to fulfillment.
• Experience with formulary design, managed care, prior authorization and CDS.
• Proficiency in health data analysis using SQL, dashboards, or BI tools to investigate issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the routine clinical contact for customers and partners—health systems, payers, PBMs, hubs, and pharma.
• Collaborate with Strategic Accounts, Account Management, and Implementations to provide clinical fluency.
• Review clinical content for customers and partners—presentations, education resources, tip sheets.
• Translate clinical friction into product input with Product Managers.
