Job summary

Outcomes is seeking a Pharmacist to lead clinical service design and manage configurations for the Insight Clinical Engine. You will support internal and external stakeholders, oversee clinical opportunity generation, and act as the Clinical liaison with product teams.

You will develop clinical rules, design programs aligned with client needs, ensure CMS-compliant practices, and collaborate with Product, Quality Management, and technology teams to define requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with MTM, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be highly organized
• Ability to manage competing demands and multiple priorities
• Travel up to 10% domestically or internationally

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical rules for the Insight Clinical Engine
• Design and implement new clinical programs aligned with client requests and company priorities
• Implement and maintain clinical programs in accordance with CMS guidelines and quality measures
• Develop and maintain service attributes
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical Program Management, Quality Management, and technology teams to define requirements
• Evaluate clinical reporting and define enhancement requirements
• Participate in industry meetings, trade shows, and client visits
• Answer clinical questions from the Network
• Serve as a process owner for at least one operational task/project
• Serve as a product SME for Outcomes offerings with product managers
