Job summary

Interra Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to be the clinical voice across our product portfolio, supporting health systems, payers, PBMs, hubs, and pharma partners. This hands-on, cross-functional role balances client sessions with internal triage and drives clinical issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in health systems, plans, or healthcare tech.
• Understanding of medication order workflows from entry to fulfillment.
• Experience with formulary design, managed care, and prior authorization.
• Proficiency with SQL, dashboards, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for client issues.
• Clinical informatics exposure or health-data standards preferred.
• Experience with health systems, payers, PBMs in clinical roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Clinical engagement with customers and partners across health systems, payers, PBMs, hubs, and pharma.
• Own clinical issue resolution across the product portfolio with cross-functional teams.
• Lead clinical change management and validate fixes and releases affecting workflows.
• Apply pharmacy expertise to network integrations (EHR PBM) and formulary integrity.
