Qualifications
- Education in health-related discipline or health informatics and 5+ years in healthcare
- Clinical experience and/or hands-on operational experience within healthcare organizations
- Strong understanding of real-world healthcare workflows and EHR use
- Experience with healthcare application design, configuration, optimization, or implementation
- Strong communication and presentation skills for clinical and technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare customers and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap of InterSystems EHR products
- Collaborate with development, implementation, testing, support, sales, and field engineering teams to release features
- Engage regularly with healthcare customers to translate needs into product requirements
- Represent the customer voice to guide product design and prioritization
- Coordinate with Product Management to align TrakCare and IntelliCare portfolios
- Act as SME in inpatient, ambulatory, medication workflows, and operations
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting healthcare informatics
- Evaluate impact of TrakCare solutions on quality, safety, and clinician experience
- Represent InterSystems in clinical and informatics communities and conferences
