Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with active IDFPR license.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Verify quality of medications leaving the department.
• Knowledge of chemotherapy agents and IV admixtures.
• Dispense medications from physician orders with accurate dosages.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals about orders and interactions.
• Oversee Omnicell operations and participate in dosing services.
• Monitor adverse drug reactions and patient-specific dosing.
