Qualifications

• Ensure accurate entry of orders into the system and verify patient-appropriate dosages.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding orders, drug interactions, and dosing concerns.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, cost-effective patient therapy and participate in program updates.
