HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of medications across all ages and departments. Under the Director’s supervision, you will review orders, provide drug information, and support clinical services and formulary management.

The role emphasizes safe, cost-effective therapy, documentation of interventions, and participation in quality and patient safety programs.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required.
• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree required.

Responsabilités

• Interpret orders and verify them into the pharmacy computer system.
• Accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions and dosing appropriateness.
• Provide drug information to healthcare staff and patients.
• Assist with antimicrobial management and other clinical programs.
• Document clinical activities and interventions accurately.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Complete medication error and adverse drug reaction reporting.
