Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree from College of Pharmacy.
- Experience in acute-care hospital setting or general pharmacy practice residency preferred.
- Current FL Pharmacist license or license eligible.
- Eligible to sit for NAPLEX.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate and assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs.
- Provide clinical pharmacy support and execute programs across patient areas.
- Review medication orders and ensure appropriateness of drugs, dosage, and interactions.
- Monitor narcotic transactions and reconcile quantities leaving the pharmacy.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
