Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY, is seeking a Pharmacist for a non-exempt position. The pharmacist coordinates pharmaceutical care, reviews orders, and collaborates with the interprofessional team to optimize safe, effective medication use.

Responsibilities include managing drug therapy protocols, educating staff and patients, documenting interventions, and supporting quality and regulatory standards; experience with pharmacy software and outpatient anticoagulation clinic a plus.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Current license with the state Board of Pharmacy.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage drug therapy protocols within an interdisciplinary team.
• Review and evaluate medication orders for accuracy and safety.
• Provide drug information and education to staff, professionals, patients, and students.
• Document interventions and outcomes for quality improvement.
• Verify orders and supervise technician-dispatched medications; operate pharmacy systems.
• Participate in outpatient anticoagulation clinic management and scheduling.
• Engage in performance improvement and continuing education.
