Houston Methodist is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide day-to-day, patient-centered pharmacy services across multiple areas. The role includes therapy review, education for patients and care teams, and collaboration to optimize drug therapies for safety and effectiveness.

The position also involves oversight of pharmacy technicians and students and may serve as a preceptor. Non-exempt, full-time, days schedule in the Houston area.

Qualificações

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in Texas or eligible for licensure within 90 days.
• Preceptor certification within 15 months is required.
• IV certification with 90-day acceptance window.
• BLS certification within 90 days; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day comprehensive, patient-oriented pharmacy services across departments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapies for safety and effectiveness.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and students; may act as preceptor.
