Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in Texas or eligibility.
• Experience or exposure to hospital pharmacy settings preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS/other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and review therapies to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education and collaborate with the patient care team.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and students; may serve as preceptor.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives within the department.
