Job summary

• Pharmacist licensure in PA and/or NY or eligible to obtain licensure within 120 days
• Pharmacist with hospital experience preferred
• Knowledge of drug information, drug safety, and regulatory compliance

• Process and review prescriptions to ensure safe, effective therapy.
• Provide drug information and interventions to clinicians and patients.
• Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and students; oversee inventory and controlled substances.
• Contribute to department management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
