Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks an experienced Outpatient Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations in a community outpatient and retail setting. You will review medication orders for safety and appropriateness, ensure timely preparation and delivery, and provide patient counseling.

You will supervise pharmacists, interns, and technicians, offer clinical consultation to clinicians, and identify process improvements to enhance safety and efficiency while supporting system initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Valid licensure and knowledge of pharmacy laws.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Experience in integrated healthcare systems preferred, residency or board certification a plus.
