Job summary

You will collaborate with the healthcare team, ensure accurate dispensing, and contribute to quality improvement and formulary management.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification required per area of practice.
• Credentialing and privileging required per area of practice.
• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from ACPE-accredited school or NABP FPGEC certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs medication therapy regimens.
• Provides patient counseling on medication use, adverse effects, and adherence.
• Interprets medication orders and participates in emergency management when needed.
• Supports medication safety, QA, formulary adherence, and medication-use processes.
• Prepares, dispenses, and ensures proper storage of medications per regulations.
• Serves as a preceptor and mentors pharmacy teammates and students.
