Qualifications

• Doctorate in Pharmacy or equivalent (RPH).

• Monitor patient response to medications.
• Ensure compliance with hospital formulary and policies.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors and staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Oversees appropriateness of drug therapy and policy compliance.
• Oversees distribution of medications within TJUH.
• Supports processes to assure quality of Pharmacy services.
• Trains staff such as residents, interns, technicians and new pharmacists.
• Precepts student pharmacists as assigned.
