Job summary

Qualifications
- Doctorate in Pharmacy or RPH
- Knowledge of pharmacokinetic principles required for medication dosing
- Monitor patients for response to medications
- Identify and document adverse drug reactions and medication errors
- Promote compliance with hospital formulary and policies
- Provide care appropriate to patient's age and background
- RP - Registered Pharmacist - State of Pennsylvania
Responsibilities
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and staff in line with Jefferson values
- Assures appropriateness of drug therapy and policy compliance
- Oversees distribution of medications
- Supports QA processes for Pharmacy services
- Trains staff (residents, interns, technicians, new pharmacists)
- Precepts student pharmacists as assigned.
