Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Georgia Pharmacy license required.
• Pharm. D. from accredited college of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medications accurately to enhance community health.
• Review medication orders for completeness, accuracy and dosing.
• Communicate with providers about orders and non-formulary requests.
• Ensure USP 795/797/800 practices in drug preparation.
• Participate in Clinical Pharmacy Service to deliver quality care.
