University of Michigan, Michigan Medicine, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Generalist for the Medicine Team in Ann Arbor. You will participate in centralized and decentralized clinical activities, rounds, and dosing adjustments to ensure safe, effective therapy for Internal Medicine patients.

The role supports education and quality improvement. Responsibilities include leadership in clinical services, staff development, and participation in multidisciplinary rounds.

Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Current Michigan pharmacist licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure within 60 days.
• ACLS certification and ability to perform computer tasks (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through centralized and decentralized clinical pharmacist roles across medicine teams.
• Support 24/7 pharmacy services across inpatient settings with attention to patient care quality.
• Precept UM College of Pharmacy IPPE and APPE students during rotations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to optimize medication management and patient outcomes.
