Job summary

The GIANT Company invites qualified pharmacists to join our team in Hanover, PA as Staff Pharmacists. You’ll deliver patient-centered care, immunizations, MTM services, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve health outcomes.

Applicants must hold PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, be licensed in the state, and maintain active immunization and CPR certifications. Our compensation reflects expertise and commitment to community health.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Current immunization certification.
• Current CPR certification and knowledge of state/federal pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and dispense prescription medications following regulations.
• Counsel patients on medication therapy, adherence, and disease management.
• Administer immunizations and provide clinical services.
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain inventory, security, and controlled substance accountability.
• Support store leadership with initiatives and KPI monitoring.
