Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Current immunization certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered clinical services, including immunizations and MTM.
• Lead, coach, and support pharmacy technicians and associates in delivering excellent service.
• Support safety, quality, and operational excellence in daily pharmacy operations.
• Assist pharmacy performance through prescription growth and patient engagement.
• Promote preventive care and wellness programs to improve community health.
• Champion immunizations and medication adherence efforts and health screenings.
• Oversee prescription workflow to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
