Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Current immunization certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered clinical services, including immunizations and MTM.
• Lead, coach, and support pharmacy technicians and associates in customer service.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence in the pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy performance through prescription growth, patient engagement, and clinical services.
• Champion immunizations, medication adherence, health screenings, and other patient care initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain inventory levels, medication security, and controlled substance accountability.
• Oversee prescription workflow to ensure safe, efficient, and timely service.
