Job summary

UC San Diego Health is seeking an outstanding Intern Pharmacist to join a Home Infusion Pharmacy team as a Per Diem Pharmacy Intern. The program is a 3-4 year structured experience integrating clinical, teaching, research and distribution at UCSD and the Skaggs School of Pharmacy.

Interns must remain affiliated with UCSD for the full duration while a student. Interns will work full time, 40 hours per week during summer (at least 8 weeks) and at least every other weekend during other parts of the

Qualifications

• California Board of Pharmacy Intern Pharmacist License.
• Current UCSD Skaggs School of Pharmacy student.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service and counseling skills, ability to operate computer systems.
• Proven teaching skills and writing skills for publication in hospital newsletter and professional journal.
