Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the Inpatient Pharmacy. You will work under the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services to optimize medication use and resolve drug-related problems for patients.

The role requires a PharmD (orBachelor's with hospital experience) and MA licensure eligibility. The schedule is full-time across days/evenings/nights with competitive total compensation including benefits.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or Bachelor's plus 2 years hospital pharmacy experience.
• Licensure to practice pharmacy by the hire date or eligibility within 30 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills towards patients, physicians and nurses.

Responsibilities

• Prevent or resolve drug-related problems and optimize medication use.
• Coordinate the acquisition, distribution and control of all drug therapy for patients.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
