Job summary

Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist IB to deliver complex clinical pharmacy services, review medication orders, perform therapeutic assessments, and support care teams. The role contributes to quality improvement and onboarding of technicians and learners.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with Pharm D. or BS.
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist IA required.
• Pharmacist license in applicable state/jurisdiction; BLS/ACLS/PALS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers complex clinical pharmacy services and medication order review.
• Provides therapeutic assessment and clinical support to patient care teams.
• Supports onboarding and training of pharmacy staff and learners.
