Job summary

Columbia Valley Community Health Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I to join our Wenatchee clinic. The role combines dispensing, patient counseling, and medication therapy management to improve patient outcomes within our community health setting.

The position requires a Washington State pharmacist license or eligibility, BLS, and experience in a clinic or ambulatory setting. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is included and vaccines/clinical programs may be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Washington State licensed pharmacist or eligible to apply for licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Two years of community pharmacy experience preferred
• Completion of an accredited school of pharmacy (PharmD or BS)

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and counsel patients.
• Perform medication therapy management.
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimize therapy and patient outcomes.
• Supervise technicians/assistants and provide education to staff.
• Involvement in clinical programs and quality assurance initiatives.
