Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State is seeking a staff Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team. Working with providers and staff, you will dispense prescriptions, maintain patient medication profiles, and provide clinical consultations.

The role requires graduation from an accredited pharmacy school, a current Washington State Pharmacist license, flu vaccination, TB screening, and English fluency with Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited College or School of Pharmacy.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail and/or clinical pharmacy.
• Current Washington State Pharmacists License.
• Pre-hire TB screening and annual influenza vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions written by Sea Mar Providers and external sources.
• Maintain patient medication profiles including allergies and history.
• Provide clinical consultations to providers and staff.
• Order and manage pharmacy inventory and third‑party billing.
• Pre/package for other Sea Mar sites as needed and document transactions.
• Perform duties assigned by the pharmacy director.
